Shipping Policy

Processing Time: As each item is meticulously handmade by our embroiderers, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and craftsmanship completion before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time: We ship globally from China via tracked shipping carriers. Delivery typically takes 8-12 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized/unused items in original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our products, customized/personalized items cannot be returned or refunded after completion and shipment.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at artchinesedesign@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
