•Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized/unused items in original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our products, customized/personalized items cannot be returned or refunded after completion and shipment.

•How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at artchinesedesign@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

•Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
