Returns & Refunds Policy

•Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized/unused items in original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our products, customized/personalized items cannot be returned or refunded after completion and shipment.

•How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at john.chen@artchinesedesign.com with your order number and reason for return. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items, please include clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting us. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return or resolution instructions.

•Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or other reasons not caused by ArtChineseDesign, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, ArtChineseDesign will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

•Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days after we receive the returned item.
