1. Account & Orders

•You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

•We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or violations of these terms.

2. Products & Handmade Process

•Our products are handcrafted by artisans, and minor variations in embroidery, color, or texture may occur, which are inherent to their unique craftsmanship.

•Processing Time: Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders require 3-5 business days for completion before shipment.

3. Payment & Pricing

•All payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported gateways (e.g., PayPal, credit cards).

•Prices are listed in USD (or your local currency) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

•We ship globally from China via tracked carriers. Delivery typically takes 8-12 business days after processing.

•Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.

•Customs and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. The buyer is responsible for these fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

•Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

•Customized/personalized products are non-refundable once production begins.

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive returned items.

•For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at artchinesedesign@outlook.com for a resolution (replacement or refund).

6. Intellectual Property

•All content on this site (images, text, designs) is owned by ACD or our artisans and protected by copyright laws.

•Unauthorized use of our content (e.g., copying product images/descriptions) is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

•We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors) or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).

•Our total liability for any claim is limited to the order value.

8. Governing Law

•These terms are governed by the laws of USA, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.

9. Changes to Terms

•We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
